Returns & Exchanges:

At nymeria-beauty.com/, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you don't encounter any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they're ordering.

Shipping & Delivery Times:

All orders are processed and prepared within 72 hours of validation. Once your order has been dispatched, please allow between 8 and 12 days for your parcel to arrive. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any potential courier-related delays. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey at any time.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We're proud of our ability to process all orders placed on our site quickly. Most orders begin processing within 12 hours of validation. If you'd like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@nymeria-beauty.com as soon as possible.

This 12-hour window is the timeframe within which you can act before your order preparation begins. After this window, your order may already be in progress. It's therefore essential that you contact us as quickly as possible, so we can try to cancel your order before it's processed and/or dispatched.

No cancellation request can be accepted if the order has already been processed.

Address Errors:

It's your responsibility to check that your address is correct and to contact us very promptly to request any changes. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We're also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In these cases, parcels may be returned to us, though not always. If your order is returned to sender, we'll offer you either a refund of your order minus postage costs, or a reshipment, depending on your preference.

You're not eligible for reshipment or a refund of your order until the parcel has been received back by the sender.

Returns Policy:

We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you're unhappy with your purchase or have simply changed your mind. Our returns policy runs for 14 days from the moment you receive your products. If for any reason you're not satisfied, simply fill in this return form.
